Samsung I7500 Galaxy Launched

The Galaxy I7500, Samsung's Android Smartphone, the first Smartphone, the Samsung Google Android OS, is planned for release in Europe by the end of June; the rest of the world sees the release of the second half of the year. The Smartphone is likely to cost around U.S. $ 400 (€ 300). It costs about Rs 25,000 in India.

Galaxy is a combination of 11.9 mm thick. The phone features a 3.2-inch active matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) touch screen. The touch screen is tempered glass. It has a 5 megapixel camera with video recording and the virtual QWERTY keyboard. It is equipped with a GPS, W Fi and WCDMA support. The phone has haptic feedback, the first of its kind for a large touch-screen Smartphone.

Haptic feedback is the use of touch when designing the user interface to provide information to a subscriber. In the mobile sector means that the use of vibration shaker combination to make that a button is pressed touch screen.

The Galaxy can access various Google services like Gmail, Maps, YouTube and GTalk. The phone supports MP3, WMA, AAC and H.264.

The fact that Galaxy uses AMOLED display, consumes less energy than TFT-LCD screen of the iPhone, the battery life benefits. This feature, combined with haptic feedback, looks beautiful and friendly to those who do not buy a Smartphone.
